Understanding MAJOR & MINOR, ALPHA & OMEGA, and the Journey from Birth to Rebirth

Introduction: From Birth to Rebirth, Through the Passage

Dear Children and Parents,

Have you ever wondered how to stay safe? Not by hiding, but by moving wisely?

Long ago in Thailand, warriors developed a system called Muay Boran—the ancient art of movement. They created 15 Mae Mai (Major techniques) and 15 Luk Mai (Minor techniques) to protect themselves and their families.

But here's the secret: These techniques aren't just for fighting. They're for LIVING.

Master Darron uses these movements every day—not to hurt anyone, but to prevent danger before it happens.

  • When he crosses a dangerous road, he uses Salab Fan Pla (diagonal movement).
  • When he senses danger approaching, he uses Dab Chawala (turn off the lights—heightened awareness).
  • When he protects a child, he uses Morn Yan Lak (creating distance).

This book teaches you the same wisdom.

MAJOR (Mae Mai)

= The Big Lessons

Like learning to look both ways before crossing the street. These are the foundational principles that save lives.

MINOR (Luk Mai)

= The Details

Like noticing which cars are slowing down. The subtle awareness that makes the major lessons work in real life.

ALPHA = The Beginning

Baby steps—learning to walk safely

Every child starts here. Learning, falling, getting up, trying again.

OMEGA = The End

Master steps—teaching others to stay safe

The highest achievement: becoming someone who protects and teaches others.

From Birth to Rebirth

1

Birth = Learning

Every child starts here. You don't know the techniques yet, but you're ready to learn.

2

Passage = Practice

Growing, trying, sometimes falling, but always learning. This is where you spend most of your time.

3

Rebirth = Mastery

Becoming someone who protects others. You've learned so well that now you can teach and save lives.

Psalm 91 Spirit (Non-religious)

"You will not fear the terror of night, nor the arrow that flies by day"

—because you've practiced fluid movement of body and mind. You're prepared. You're aware. You're safe.

Tactical Plasticity in Body & Mind

What is Plasticity?

Plasticity = Ability to change, adapt, bend without breaking

Body Plasticity

Move like water (flow around danger, don't crash into it)

Mind Plasticity

Think like wind (change direction when needed, don't be rigid)

BABY STEPS

  • Learn one technique at a time
  • Practice in safe spaces (your room, the park with parents)
  • Make it a game

MASTER STEPS

  • Combine techniques naturally
  • Use them without thinking (muscle memory)
  • Teach younger children
